Letters From A Nut

I burnt my finger today. :(
At school. :(
My left hand ring finger to be exact. :(
Now there's like a red scar, like a scorch mark or something on my finger.
OMG! What if that marks stays there forever?
Then when I get engaged some day and when my fiance proposes to me on one knee and wants to put the engagement ring on my finger, he'll look at it and say "Honey, the ring can't fit because your finger is still swollen as it was XX years ago when you burnt you hand in high school."
AAAAAH! Not that that'll be a big problem because rings can be exchanged but the whole proposal will be RUINEDDDD.

OR what if the burnt mark brings me all the way down to my wedding day, and when my husband is about to put my wedding ring on my finger, he glances at my finger and says "Sweetheart, I just realized how red and ugly and swollen and fat your finger is."
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!
T_________________________T

Oh wait, I just examined my finger and realized that my burnt mark isn't red, it's more of a pinkish colour.
So then my husband will instead say, "Sweetheart, I just realized how pink and ugly and swollen and fat your finger is."
EEEEP! :(

But other than that, and another thing, I had a really fun time in school today reading my Letters From A Nut Scholastic book that I received just this morning when I found this parcel on my desk, which I heard arrived on Saturday and nobody even BOTHERED to bring it home for me for safekeeping and instead left it on my desk to rot (not that it did) for the weekend.
Bah.

Blank.

I shall not complain about it, because complaining doesn't make me a better person or anything.
So I shall just let it go, and enjoy the rest of my Sunday doing my bloody Civic project.

Nothing Extreme, As You Said!

There's so such thing as pouring water on the ground and making the rain fall.
Okay maybe such theory exists, but pouring a smaaall blob of water on the grounds of the school field does not cause the sky to tear up.

It's all just a coincidence I tell you.
ALL JUST A COINCIDENCE.

We Shall Dominate The World!

I've been addicted to Youtube the past few days, it's a wonder how many weird and funny videos people upload there every second!
But also sad that sometimes, just sometimes, they don't have the video(s) that I was looking for.

Anyway, I think that raging teenager hormones sometimes push us (teenagers) into doing something that we haven't thought twice before doing. These hot-tempered actions put us into deadly consequences that we just might not be ready to deal with, and then we think back and realize that that was such a stupid move we made in the first place.

But I think regretting our actions are far beyond our reach at that moment (the moment where we have to deal with our deadly consequences) and the best thing to do is to find a way to solve it without trying to cause up big disturbances. But if big disturbances do somehow pop up, I feel the best way is to not be stressed out by it (haha, yeah right. But it's just an advice anyway) and just hold on to your dignity and find the best possible way to save the mistake that you made in the first place.

And as for why I'm blogging all this, for all you know I could be crapping. ;)

Correct Me If I'm Wrong.

Hello!
Boy have I got a lot to update!
Well, actually, maybe I don't have that much to update but a lot has certainly happened for the past few days! :D

On Sunday night there was Shu's Party, which was held in Souled Out and was totally awesome!
Party details shall be refrained from being exposed in this blog for a reason.

Oh and the very next day after the party, I had to wake up much earlier than usual to prepare myself for the Patriotic Month celebration. Brought my camera there too but didn't take any pictures at all.
My feet hurt so badly after the afternoon procession that I could barely walk! This is all the result of having to stand immovably straight wearing 2 inch plus heels for about an hour.

Okay fine I have pretty much nothing to update on this blog.
I think those people from the University of Sheffield are right. If I want to become what I hope to become in the future, I must be highly opinionated and I must have a higher self-esteem.
And so from now on I vow to change for the better! :)

Squeezing Limes

Here're a few things that I'd like to blog about:

Firstly and foremostly, on congratulating my sister CHELSEA, who has managed to kick her butt into the school's inter-class chinese debate competition finals even though she has no experience whatsoever in the formal art of debating but has had lots of chances to argue and negotiate in Monopoly. Which I bet it helps in the debate, right?
CONGRATULATIONS again! :)
As a dear sister I am always here for you in need of any support (any at all) and that I think you could really, really fulfill an awesome career in Law.
I wish I have your kind of brains.

Secondly, I went shopping on Wednesday after school with mommy, who bought me a 70 dollar pair of beige heels (which may not be that nice in the eyes of some) which are about 2 inches + high, and have been my first ever pair of high heels. Yes, that's right- all my life I've been wearing flip flops and sandals and flats and kitten heels but never once, high heels.
And so, I feel so grown-up and lady like and possibly- womanly. Haha!

Thirdly, I have figured out what to wear exactly for the Patriotic Month celebration with what shoes to match and everything. In short, I've planned how I'm supposed to look while parading the erm, parade? I just hope I don't look ghastly.

Fourthly, I feel so insecure about my future. As in my what-college-or-university-to-apply-to future.

Fifth, when I look at everyone around me and their talents, I feel like an utterly useless, talent-less loser.

That's all.

Too Much Too Good A Thing

I was searching the Internet and I came across digital Post-It notes like these:

Aren't they adorable? You can never get enough of the Internet, I tell ya!

Oh yes yes, before I forget (and I do keep forgetting), I'm an offical flag bearer of the Patriotism Month celebration for school! And I'll be wearing a Punjabi suit costume and heels. With makeup.
Haha! :D
