Balderdash

Had a normal school day today. Although I didn't go for squash, because apparently they're having a study leave for next week's exam (should've known).

So I spent the afternoon in the Ed Board Room talking to Aaron and Pei, and in the midst of our many-topic conversation Aaron grabbed the green-pea plastic cookie jar and started shaking it (violently), and so causing all the cookies to crumble into tiny green pea-sized pieces. And then somehow Pei went out to the canteen to buy two small cartons of chocolate milk, one for Aaron to drink the other one they mixed it together with the pea-cookie-pieces in a cup.
Oh oh and then guess what: Pei She drank it.
And she said it was nice.

I mean, I wouldn't mind trying how it tastes like but I don't think drinking chocolate milk mixed with green-pea cookies would be nice.
Aaron took a picture and I'm getting it on Wednesday so once I get it I'll post it.
Haha!

Oh yes and today in tution I dropped my phone. I know, right?!

Me: *drops phone*
People around me: *gasps!*
Me: *stares at phone on the ground. Gasps. Picks phone up*
JesCee: Did you drop your phone on purpose?
Me: NO! That was an accident.
JesCee: Like how you dropped it in the swimming pool so you can get a new phone?
Me: That was an accident too.

But every button and application is still working, so, great (and I did not mean that sarcastically)!

Green Is Good For The Eyes

Okayokayokay. I shall not panic.
It's just a week to exam.
There's plenty of time to study.
Of course, I've only revised Physics and a little bit of History and Chemistry.
That doesn't mean that I will fail my exam.
Hell no.

Oh and I just had a very very very weird night.
*recalls last night*
Yeah, very weird. In fact, it almost felt like a dream. That kind of weirdness.
*shakes it off*
Okay anyway, back to studying.
I'm so doomed.

Elvis Presley, King of Rock

Okay okay, remember how I said I was going to take pictures yesterday?
Well I did! Ta-dah!
There was a huge traffic jam on the way to Genting yesterday (thank god I wore my anti-nausea wristbands) and then after that my dad made a few wrong turns before we arrived at the Arena Of Stars.

So we made it about half an hour late for the championships, but that didn't matter, because it was still nice to watch anyway. They have a few categories, like Professional Modern, Amateur Modern, Professional Latin and Amateur Latin and Under 12 and Under 16 and so on.

For the Professional Modern (I have no idea why they called it modern, or maybe I heard wrong or something), they have the Tango, the Slow Fox Trot, the Viennese Waltz and the Quickstep (my personal favourite. Go check out what it is).
Oh oh, and most of the ang-mos here look really hot with their long-tail tux. :)

The Latin dances were nicer. All the dancers were dancing with such aggresion (the good kind) and passion. The guys look a bit gay, with all the butt shaking and hip moving, but they were good!
Ah yes, there was the Cha-Cha, Rhumba (really seducive dance moves for the ladies), Samba, Paso Doble (Spanish Bull Fighter Dance or something like that), and the Jive (they have an Elvis kind of music to it).

Then there was the under 12, and all dancers consisted of children under 12 years old. My favourite would be the couple wearing fluorescent green. They're both REALLY good.

And then there was the Under 16, and there were 3 Malaysian teams in the finals I think. :)

But I didn't finish watching the WHOLE show, because it was getting late and my parents had work to do tomorrow. So we went for supper, and my wan-tan-mee wasn't at all yummy.

It looks good but it isn't.

And that proves that I was in Genting. :)

My purple heart-shaped ring I bought in Vincci. :)

The restaurant was really empty. It was like, 11pm I think.

Oh and there were these dancing life size bears. Really weird.
All in total, I enjoyed my night. :)

It's Good To Be Me *cheeky grin*

Firstly, Congratulations to ZhiMin for getting in to BRATS. Awesome job. ;)

Secondly, I am skipping guitar class today to go to the Malaysia International Dance Championship that's being held in Genting Highlands Arena Of Stars. Today. At 8pm. And I got free tickets for it. Totally totally cool. :)

And I will remember to bring my camera this time (although it's not like I'm going to snap any photos of the dancing, I don't think that's allowed) to see if I can take some pictures to end the picture-less posts in my blog. But I will not promise pictures, because one never promises something that one cannot keep.

So I am eating dinner at 5.30pm, driving up to Genting to my parents (poor Chel can't come, by the time she's home, it'll be too late to drive up to Genting) and then we're coming home straight after the competition. So yeah.

Oh yes and today, todaytoday I watched Avatar The Legend Of Aang, and the suspense is really....AARGH. Really, that is like, the best element-fighting anime EVER. So so so, I really want to watch it, OH! or even better, get all three seasons on DVD.
Oh gotta go now. Till' then. :)

A Good Blue Book

I bought 4 classics from Popular on Friday. Yep, 4 classics namely: Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice (both by Jane Austen, who is a really awesome writer by the way), A Tale of Two Cities (the original version I think, by Charles Dickens) and Jane Eyre (by Charlotte Bronte).

Finally, I can do some real reading. Not that all the books I've been reading before are fake reading or anything, it's just that I can finally get my hands on some really good classics.
Oh and I've decided to read Sense and Sensibility and present it as my book report in school. I've started, just so you know, and the English is really different from what we're learning nowadays. There're no bombastic words or anything, so the language is really simple, it's just the structure of sentences that makes it a little different to read. :)
But other than that it is a very appealing book. To me anyway.

Oh yes, and there's this missing dog near my house.
His name is Arjun, 10 years old, and he's been missing for 2 months now. He's been sighted quite a lot of times, but his owners can never seem to find him. Yesterday I think it was he who came to my gate sniffing at my dog, but afterwards he ran off. And my mom got this flyer about Arjun this morning and called the owners, and they had a really long chat.
They love their dog very very much, so if you see Arjun, give them a call or something.
Oh yes, and go to their website. www.HelpArjun.com

Time Is The ENEMY

Just some random pictures, as my blog is pretty empty of colourful photos. I mean, one who reads my blog just MIGHT get sick seeing teal and white and grey everytime.

Oh yes, and the first picture below is to show Pei how adorable My Pink Sheep is, it's much cuter than her yellow cow sheep. See?

So much for the exam countdown to push myself into studying. I haven't started anything except Add Math, which, well, I have enough exercises to do in tuition and in school.

THAT'S my baby. ;)
And the VOODOO bunny hanging on the edge of it. VOODOO!

Homework for today/the weekend:
English descriptive essay
Chem notebook- do notes
Chem exercise book- do exercises
Physics Lab Report- finish it
Add Math workbook
Add Math 1

It's A Jolly Day

Why?
Because life is totally on the verge of coolness, despite all my rants and complains about how horrible Form 4 life is (especially to ShuLin, and I am so sorry to have irritated her in whatever way possible).

Oh oh, because, I got chosen to be on the Photoshoot Commitee Board! I mean, that's something to be happy about right? *high five*
And the best thing is, I get to work with really great and fun people! That's an even happier thing. *high five again* :)

And according to Pei, we're going to organize the best photoshoot session ever! Oh and she came up with a very systematic plan, which I'm very proud of.
I'm being enthusiastic, and if you can't deal with that, then, ah well.
Too bad for you.

Oh yes, and I can't wait to see the list of probationers who passed the Entrance Exams.
And one last thing: I want to say a small HaHa to Michelle's currently latest post. *grins*
