Facebook Shut Me Out of My Own Account

And the excuse that Facebook gave was that they were maintaining my site, and that it would take a few hours before I could log in again. Oh wait. Hey! They let me in again. :) Stupid facebook.

Oh yes. Harry Potter the kitten has been taken to the animal shelter to be cared for. The poor thing really needs a home to go to and someone to love and care for it. As I've blogged about in my last post, the kitten has a nose-sniffing problem and afterwards, I found out that it has a stomach-ache as well. Oh yes, it kind of also has a problem pooping, because I find that it cannot control it's pooping sensation properly. The poop just drips out of it's butt. And that's how I got poop-stains on both my t-shirts. :S

Well, apart from having kitty poop stains on my shirt, this week's been quite a good week. Friday (meaning today) was just awesome. :) Seriously, I love Fridays. I'm going to stay back every Friday if I can. :D

Mother of the Third

I'm 4 months to 17 and I think I'm already prepared for motherhood. Really.
I mean, for the third time in my life I am playing mother to another kitten who was spotted outside my gate. So, being the kind family that we are, we took the kitten in.

The kitten (now on my lap meowing for attention or something while I am blogging this) is black and white in colour, and has patches of fur missing from it's ears and body (the poor dear). It kind of looked like it went through a bad time.  I have decided to name it HARRY POTTER, because it has black fur on the top of it's head that makes it look like it has black hair, and green eyes. :D
This Harry, however, is nothing like the one in JK's book. Harry the kitten needs attention like, all the time, and it keeps wanting/needing me to pat it on the head (it meows really really loudly when I don't) and it sniffs too, all the while as well. The sniffing sounds like how we humans sound when we have a bad runny nose and/or cold.

Well, anyway, people REALLY have to stop littering cats outside my house. SERIOUSLY.
If you can't keep a cat, don't THROW it away for god's sake, just give it to someone else who will care for it much better than you will, or give it to the animal shelter. Don't pack it in a box and drop it in front of someone's house opposite a park. SHEESH.
STUPID, MEAN PEOPLE.

I Am Not A Quitter!

And I repeat this: I am not a quitter. If there's anything to fight about, I shall fight!, and that includes trying to beat KwanSeng at something. *nods determinely*

Anyway, I'M BAAAAACK!
I had a one day trip to Melaka, which was decided by my parents just an hour before leaving the house.

Things To Note During My Trip:
On The Way To Melaka, I-
1. ate Cuttlefish CrackerBalls.
2. wondered if there was going to be any fireworks today even though fireworks were banned (banned, right?) from this year's Merdeka Celebration.
3. planned my next blog post.
4. texted a lot (shame on me!)
5. felt really, really bored.

In Melaka, I-
1. had curry chicken pie for lunch. Omggggg it was so gooooooddd.
2. had a chance to wear my shades.
3. went for a stroll at the beach.
4. played with 1 month old puppies!
5. texted some more (shame, shame, shame)
6. gazed longingly at a white Vincci purse that my mom wouldn't buy for me.

On My Way Back From Melaka, I-
1. stuffed myself with plum strips.
2. wished Dad would turn the air-conditioner to a lower temperature.
3. listened to my iPod.
4. texted some MORE.
5. got a told off from Mom about the radiation of cellphones and to stop texting.

Back Home From Melaka, I-
1. realized something very unbelievable from Facebook.
2. was listening to the sound of illegal fireworks but everyone seems to be such a goody-two-shoes this year.
3. couldn't find as many people on Facebook as I did yesterday.

And with that I end my post.
Oh yes:
HAPPY MERDEKA.

Where The Wild Things Are

Okay I'm really not sure if Prince Simba is a male or a female.
Because at his/her age it's still quite hard to determine the gender. But it LOOKS like a male.
Well if it's not a male then I'll just call it Nala. :)
Sophie too actually. She LOOKS like a female, and if I assumed wrongly then we'll just pretend Sophie is some ancient French name for males. Awesome, right? :D

Well anyway, Prince Simba's going to the animal shelter tomorrow. :(
And it's really very sad, because I've gotten attached to him (I get attached to anything that I name), and I really really hope he gets a good patient owner.
And I hope I don't get any more stray/stranded kittens. No, not because I don't love them or anything (on the contrary I love kittens to bits) but it's because having stray/stranded kittens in my house under temporary custody means that there are cruel evil owners out there who doesn't even have the decency to make sure that their kittens get a good home.
Shit them. I'm sorry but really- shit them.

Oh yes, and my water bubble that swelled up as a result to my burnt finger just popped itself in school at the last period.
YUCKS.

PRINCE SIMBA.

Hello!
Just the other day Mom and I found this kitten under Mom's car. There was a long story about how we thought Mom nearly squashed it, but she didn't and the kitten's fine.
So we adopted the kitten- temporarily. Until Thursday where Mom'll have the time to send Prince Simba (that's the kitten's name) to the Animal Shelter.

That's the second kitten we've rescued so far this year. And they are ADORABLE. :)
Prince Simba is nothing like Sophie- our first rescued kitten- because:
#1: He meows. A LOT. About 15 to 30 times per minute.
#2: He's a male kitten.
#3: I think he's afraid of heights.
#4: He can run away and hide under tables and cupboards and boxes when you turn around for 5 seconds and turn back again.

Pictures as below: :DDDDD

And as my sister says, he brings out my maternal instincts.
Which, bytheway, I think is SO TRUE LOH. :)

Oh and if you're reading this, I want you to know that it's okay. :)

I Miss You and You Know I Do

I'm just bored.

This so called "holiday" couldn't be any worse.
Not only have I been stuck at home all day long ever since Friday afternoon, I haven't even been studying as much as I was supposed to.

I mean, yeah, I did do some workbook exercises for History, but that didn't help much.
I didn't score anything above 70, which is pretty OK to me, I guess.
But there's still space for improvement, as usual.

Right, well. Either studying has made me more observant, or it's just me imagining.
Ever since the little kitten came to stay, there have been cats wondering around my front yard.
There's at least 3, and they fight almost every night.
You can hear them spiting at each other and mewing loudly. And I mean LOUDLY.

And there's this big tom cat -white with black spots- it isn't scared of anything.
My dog has been barking at it ever since she saw it, and it acted like it didn't even see her!
What kind of cat could be this fearless as to ignore a mad barking dog?!
I mean, wow, that is ONE kind of cat.
And all cats scarpered at the sight of my dog.

Did I mention that Season 3 of Ugly Betty is here? And so is Season 5 of Grey's Anatomy and Season 3 of Heroes!!

I gave the little kitten to the animal shelter.
She's gone now.

Kitty Rescue

Okay.

Today, a darling little kitten followed my sister home from school, as she was crossing the park. And no matter what we did to the kitten (nothing violent, mind you, I love animals), it still followed us home, right to our very front gate.
So we had no choice but to keep it, at least until mom came home and will bring the kitten to PAWS (an animal shelter somewhere near my house), because I can't rare the kitten due to having a dog and a rabbit as my current pets.

So anyway, I fed the kitten, played with her (I think it's a her, it doesn't look like a he), hung a broken squash ball on top of the cardboard box (she's being held hostage inside this HUGE box) and became her temporary mother of the day! :D

And she was such a dear too. :)
She mewed when she was upset, or when she wanted to play, and she curled herself into a tiny fluff-ball when she wanted a nap, and she was also very photogenic.

Well, okay, the pictures are really blur, but that was because she kept moving herself!
But otherwise, you can picture her as a very adorable kitten.

Oh by the way, I even named her Sophie. I considered Isabella, and my sister said Souffle, but then I just went with Sophie. It sounded so much more like a gentle cat anyway. :)

P/S: I wanted to keep her very much! She purred when I patted her. :(

To Brandy

To Brandy, Mel's beloved dog:

To whom died such a tragic death.
I offer my heart and soul to you.

I swear too, if I find out who did this to you, I will team up with PeiShe and personally murder this murderer.

Dogs are living creatures too.
Sure, they're not all that intelligent as we are, but they're men's best friend.
And NO ONE should EVER be allowed to MISTREAT a dog.
EVER.
Nor any other kind of living creatures, like SHARKS.

I also offer my heart to Winter, my beloved late rabbit, and Patches, whom I reluctantly but was forced to part with him.
I <3 you.
